Registering

Yes, that is exactly what I looked like as Bryan and I registered at Macy's today! We already registered at Target a while back and it was no problem, but today was more of a challenge. I didn't realize how difficult it would be to pick out china, stemware, AND flatware. So much pressure! How many do I get? But I don't drink coffee, do I really need a sugar and creamer set? You need separate glasses for red wine and white wine? What if we don't drink wine at all?!?!

All in all, we registered for some awesome stuff. I actually carried around a couple of the china plates we picked so I could "bond" with them. I'm so excited!!

After registering, we went and saw Hot Tub Time Machine. I wish I had a hot tub time machine so I could travel back in time and NOT go to that movie. But it was nice to see John Cusack again. -swoon-

After the movie we can home, lit a million candles, and turned off the lights to celebrate Earth Hour. Nothing is more romantic than El Pollo Loco by candlelight.

The Cake

I had lunch with an old friend of mine today and just as I was going on and on about our wedding cake (not the one pictured above), my phone rang. It was our bakery! It turns out, they are shooting a TV reality show for TLC there, and they are filming on the day of our cake designing appointment!! The woman asked if I was ok with possibly being filmed, or if I would like to move my apoointment to another day. Uhhh... do I MIND?!?! NO WAY! I was on The Apprentice after all... (stuck somewhere in the backgroud.)

Our appointment/acting debut isn't until April so I'll keep ya'll posted.

Wedding Planning

Wow it's been a long time since I updated this thing!
So much has happened since the last time we spoke, and the major things is... I GOT ENGAGED!!!

See it happen here:

We've been knee deep in wedding planning until now, and it has been quite a ride. We got our venue, an AMAZING photographer, a great florist, and an awesome DJ. All we have to do now, is sit back and wait for September to roll around.

We've been in wedding diet mode, and it's been difficult since we've been tasting cakes, and sampling food to serve on the big day. None the less, the pounds are melting off of us, and the fridge is filled with veggies, and chicken. Yum.
